This creatine is top quality—pure Creapure with no fillers, and it mixes really well. I've been using it daily post-workout and have noticed better recovery and strength. Used this for a week, 4 times per day, and found that it has no taste good or bad. I don't know if this will work for me as I'm 74, but giving it a try. I have used water, juice, etc., but this stuff does not desolve very good even after using a shaker for two minutes. This is the only issue I'v noticied so far. No stomach distress or other side affects.

It does what it’s meant to do, dissolves faster then sugar no taste or smell pretty much neutral. I’m not sure why if this is something with most but I noticed it suppressed my hunger a bit after taking it, not saying it’s a bad side effect or anything maybe just effects different depending on the body type. They did a solid job with this overall, I think it’s worth the price for especially how clean and concentrated it is.

Fast acting and no taste. I've tried other brands and they leave behind a very bitter/chalky taste. I prefer using German creatine as I can mix it into just about anything.
