I had been looking for a long time to find some really good vitamins with most everything I needed in them, but didn't contain Yeast or Sugar. These Source Naturals Life Force Multiple Vitamins Do Not contain either yeast or sugar. Even though I was looking for vitamins like these, my sister is the one who told me about them. They were recommended to her by her Naturopathic Doctor. He told her to take these but work up to the full dosage by starting with one a day. He said they are so strong that she may feel off if she doesn't work up slowly. She told me the first few days, she could feel how energized they made her feel. After hearing how well these worked for my sister, I decided to buy them for myself. They have almost every vitamin and mineral listed that I think I need..... and no yeast or sugar added. I didn't notice a dramatic difference like she did, but I did notice I sleep very well and feel good all day. Recently, my Husband has gotten on a health kick and is trying everything he can to be well. He was just diagnosed with Macular Degeneration and is taking vitamins for that. He decided that not only should he take vitamins for his eyes, but he needed to work on his entire body. He started taking these vitamins daily. He mentioned to me that he noticed a marked difference from when he wasn't taking them. They must be working well for him because he is planning on ordering more and he isn't one to take pills that don't work. For those of you who can't do Soy... these do contain soy. We are hoping that these vitamins help us build up our immunity so we don't have to get a flu shot this winter. I have heard some not so good things about flu shots. So, we are building ourselves up with these vitamins to have strong bodies to help fight the colds and flu.

I have been taking these Multivitamins for 2 months now and am getting ready to order a new bottle. I have never been a fan of Multivitamins because they didn't make me feel that great and I could never figure out what ingredient bothered me. So I took many different vitamins individually (most are included in this mutlivitamin). I've been a fan of Source Naturals Products ever since they were recommended to me as a high-quality, vitamin brand from my friends at the local health food store. I saw these multis at a good price on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I take 3-4 capsules/day in the morning, after a healthy breakfast. I would never take them on an empty stomach as I believe they work best when taken with food. What I've noticed is my mood is better, I have more energy, I sleep better, and wake up earlier and more refreshed than before. Winter is usually my time to be somewhat depressed and lethargic (Seasonal Affective Disorder?) but I haven't noticed that this winter. I still take another D3 tablet, Glucosamine and Folic Acid but that's it. I used to always wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for a couple of hours but find I'm not doing that as much anymore either. These Vitamins are a Win!

I only take one of these per day, as two per day is a bit much for my system. I don't know if this is from my size or what (5'3'' 125lbs). I have read a mind-numbing amount of vitamin reviews online and on a regular basis I saw this brand come up even on body building forums. I read the ingredient list in comparison to local Walmart and health stores here in Springfield, IL and concluded this contains significantly more and in larger quantities. Now, I can't attest to what exactly each ingredient does as I am not a professional, but I can tell you that I has definitely helped in subtle ways. I’m not particularly unhealthy other than fairly non-preventable issues like anemia and asthma, so I didn't notice leaps and bounds of progress. I did however notice that I had more energy, my nails thickened and became less brittle, etc, etc. So all in all, I choose this brand easily over others offered both in stores here and online. For the price, your body is getting a heck of a lot. I don't have many complaints. They do in fact turn urine yellow, and like "I ate a highlighter" yellow lol. They taste awful (just as all organic or natural vitamins do, its really not a Life Force issue, its a natural vitamin industry issue).

After all these years I still have people telling me that vitamins don't do anything except create expensive urine. Unfortunately, they may be right because there is still no definitive study or consensus. I read both that they are beneficial for health and a waste of money... new reports have suggested that sometimes they may even be dangerous. Americans spend tens of billions a year on vitamins and herbal formulas. What is the FDA busy with if not informing consumers about this topic? I have taken supplements and herbs for over 30 years and vitamins haven't killed me yet. But I also eat a balanced diet of mostly fruits and vegetables, exercise 6 days a week, drink a lot of water and, in my 50s, am repeatedly told by my doctor I am in the top 10% of the healthiest people he sees (and medical tests are some of the few on which I can't cheat). But that blessing may be genetics as much as anything else... That said, I take Life Force because it has the best balance of nutrients for the price. I like that it is in powder form and not a solid tablet, therefore easier to digest. I think it works for me. And I believe that's the key, know yourself. I would recommend this product with the caveat that you need to know your medical history and blood-work, keep track, analyze to see if you can gauge results and see if Life Force (or any supplement) makes a difference for you. Since I've been trying for 30 years and still am not really sure, good luck with that. As for myself, until it's been proved otherwise, I'm going to continue to invest in expensive urine.
