Bright, sturdy, and long lasting battery
This light is much brighter than I thought it would be. It mounted very easily to my helmet and provides great illumination. The battery has not needed to be replaced yet and ive owned it for quite some time now. Its very durable and is easily adjustable. Great light.

Great Fire Helmet Light
This is a great helmet light for any regular fire service needs. It's bright and has a good focused beam. The button has the "follow me" green light which actually does come in handy for keeping an eye on your team on the fire ground. The clamp is easy to install on the brim of any helmet and is very solid. The mount supports any angle which is helpful for helmets that have the larger flip-up safety visor. The battery life is great for its brightness. It takes 123 Lithium batteries but supports rechargeable batteries if you want.

its a quality tool
while I haven't had to use this light yet in a fire. I have spoken with a couple of firefighters who have, and they are very happy with the quality of the light unit, the way it attaches to our helmet and is easy to rotate, as well as the brightness and ease to press the button to change or turn off light. it has a low profile so shouldnt get in the way. Nobody commented on battery life.

Really good light
It's good in fires nice and bright clear outshines some other lights. I like it on my helmet during vehicle accident because it is loveable I can aim straight down and not blind anyone with my light.

Nightstick Forge Helmet Light is awesome.
I recently purchased two nightstick forge helmet lights (one for each side of my helmet). With the multi angle mount it allows the lights to extend out past my helmet visor and not obscure vision by lighting up the inside of the visor. During a recent live fire training, the additional light and visibility made all the difference. Definitely would recommend this light for all FF's (one or two).
