Very soft to use, washes off easily with plain water. It makes makeup removal easy and feels good to the skin while using it.

I've tried several products from this brand and have liked all of them. This Cleansing Balm is no exception. I love this cleansing balm because you just smooth it on and it removes all makeup and cleanses my face while leaving it feeling soft and moisturized, rather than stripped and squeaky. It has a faint but pleasant scent to it. The packaging is pretty. The price is a little high, but certainly in line with similar products. I love that this brand is cruelty-free and small batch. It justifies the price and feels more special.

This cleansing balm is nice and smooth, spreading lightly on the skin and, with a little bit of water, turning into a milky liquid that is easy to rinse off. I've had some that stubbornly remain a thick paste that sticks to my skin when I try to clean it off, but this dissolves readily, so I don't have to scrub hard to remove it. I like that the ingredient list is fairly simple and uses a lot of natural ingredients. It also has a very pleasant and subtle rose and vanilla scent that doesn't stick around too strongly. While it left my skin feeling clean, I didn't get the same softness that I seem to get from my bi-weekly clay cleansers. But I'm happy with how I felt after using this, and am pleased to add it to my skin care routine.

Based on the name, "Natural Gentle Cleansing Melt Balm" I was expecting sort of a cream-type cleanser. It's actually a clear gel-like texture, and when you apply it to your face and add water it develops a thin, creamy, rich, white lather. It feels like an oil-cleanser - I oil-cleanse regularly, so I actually love it. It doesn't leave my face feeling as oily as an actual oil-cleanse, but it doesn't strip or dry my skin out at all either. Just leaves my skin feeling fresh and natural! It has a heavenly light vanilla and rose scent. Not overbearing or old-lady perfume-y at all!

This brand did nothing special for my facial skin. Vaseline would have delivered better results!

This is even better than I expected. I thought the consistency would be just like another run-of-the-mill solidified coconut oil with some essential oils added in. I was wrong. This has the consistency of a lighter petroleum jelly that's not sticky and suffocating, if that makes sense. It does a great job of removing not just makeup, but also water resistant sunscreen. It smells heavenly, and it's a generous portion for the price. My skin is left soft and clean without being stripped of moisture. Very pleased!

I have dry skin and this melt balm is amazing! My skin feels so soft and smooth that I keep wanting to rub my cheeks. I'm in my 40s and my skin feels like the skin of my preschooler (feels like, I didn't magically get skin like a 3 year old). This may be a bit too thick to use day to day in the summer, but it felt like a treat on my stressed out skin today and I absolutely adore it.

I reach for this cleansing balm more than others because of its amazing texture--somewhere between a gel and a balm. You don't need much product and it spreads easily across the face I massage it over my skin for about a minute to remove sunscreen and makeup. Then I wet my hands and begin rinsing the cleanser off my face. I follow with a foaming cleanser to make sure everything is removed, but I don't have any dryness afterward. This is an excellent natural product.
