For those saying it’s cheap and weak etc etc etc Yes. Correct. Its a plastic clock safe for $20 what were you expecting a Rolex? It does exactly what it’s supposed to do which is hide things right in front of people without them ever knowing! Plus it actually keeps time PERFECTLY and has that tick tock sound I love so much that’s becoming very hard to find now! As long as you keep your feet somewhat on the ground with your expectations, you’ll be very happy with this clock! I’m actually buying a second one.

I bought this for my daughter who was headed off to college so she could hide stuff. It is perfect! It looks and works like a real clock. Only downside is it sticks out from the wall a little too much so anyone looking closely would recognize something different about it. We put it on a wall where if you looked at it you couldn’t see the sides. But all in all it was a good smart purchase for her.

I had to modify it to do what I needed For a hidden clock it is too deep. Everyone knows a clock isn't that deep. It looks suspicious I cut a hole in the drywall; a slow and deliberate circle because the edges show; if you hacked through the drywall you'd see from the side (unless you put caulking etc). I braced the top of it with a 2x3 and screws (and left the bottom). It now sits flush against the wall at the bottom and the top slightly angles out 1/8"...like it's hanging on the wall The second modification was to change the clock motor. It is not a smooth operation. It has very (very) pronounced clicks that are loud. It is comically loud. Something you'd see in a movie going CLICK-CLICK and you'd think, no clock is that loud. This one is. I purchased a clock replacement kit on Amazon, it came with 3 different clock motors each with different depths and hands. It's now whisper quiet and doesn't stick way out. The unit itself is very delicate. You should not yank on it as you'd pull it all apart. Sitting on the wall it looks fine, there's no indication that there's something behind, it's quiet, and it looks much more expensive than it feels.

The paper punch-out from the center fell out during manufacturer and can't be removed. See pix. I'm sending this one back.

the best way to hide things in plain sight this is the second one of these I have bought my first one is in my living room and says it's in my living room no one suspects anything no one even knows it's a hiding spot it's so great I actually bought this one because it's only 799 and painted it black and then I bought this one recently again and kept its over but it's a wonderful thing again no one suspects anything to be hidden in your clock and even if you would do that it wouldn't be in your living room so I love little need hiding spaces I've always been into like Nancy Drew books when I was a kid I always wanted secret passageways in my house I just like to have little hiding places that no one knows anything about and if you never look at it and never show anyone you'll always have a secret hiding spot again a great gift but not if you have one because then people might wonder and start looking around the house that they live in with you

DONT WASTW YOUR MONEY!!! Where do I start. I got this Yesterday. When I put a battery in the battery struggled like it was not the correct size but it was. I set the time. Went to close the clock and it DID NOT want to close. After gentle encouragement it closed. I put it on the wall after setting time and walked away. I put NOTHING in it. It's 8am the following day and The Clock it's self is so cheap the Seconds Hand WILL NOT CLIMB! This Clock is WORTHLESS & CHEAP!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR $$! IF I could Give "0" Stars I Would! Thanks.

I absolutely LOVE this clock! Yes, it's analog - whatever. When my hubby took it out of the box, the back of it wasn't adhered/locked in and he thought he had broken until I said, "Maybe it's supposed to come apart?" And now, he's in love with it, too. It just has enough area in the back that you can hide some valuables in it and no one is the wiser. GREAT BUY! I give this a thousand stars.

This was purchased as a housewarming gift for a friend. Only she knows the secret behind the clock. It’s been hanging for several months without notice. Obviously the frame is deeper than a typical clock. So positioning in the room is important. Most people don’t look past the time on a clock. What do they say? Hide some thing in plain sight. This is an awesome little secret stash. The clock is nothing fancy or impressive otherwise. It just looks like a basic clock. Which is exactly what you want everyone to keep on thinking.
