Really covenient and really works
Very good. I took it everyday and my Vit D levels are high now so I take it every other day. I took high concentration Vit D supplements regularly before but levels always remained borderline even when I took Vit K2 separately. I think combination with Vit K2 made a difference.

Excellent combo and good value
Excellent combo and good value - I got these after I found out from a Dr friend of mine that taking just D3 on its own is likely to be bad for you - though D3 helps you absorb calcium into the blood stream you don't want it to stay in your blood ( which can cause other major problems ) you want it to be absorbed by your bones etc and that is what the K2 does.
