Out of the bag, these are soft and delicious. Once you refrigerate the opened resealable bag (as recommended) they get not-so-soft but still edible. I've ordered about a dozen bags of these two at a time. Only one shipment tasted funny--way too much pepper. I tried some of the other flavors too but prefer this original. I also like the size of the sticks: you can have 2-4 as a very small snack and save the rest for later.

Love the flavor and texture! Carb and calorie friendly, too. Oh, and a good price! I’ve ordered these twice now, and will continue to.

These are surprisingly good. The color throws me off even though it's a "natural" coloring. Once I put that aside, the taste is actually good. I have a super senstivie stomach so I cant have more than like 2 but they taste better than others and have good ingredients.

My second time buying the zero sugar original flavor s1moked sausage sticks. Both times they have been tender, full of flavor a1nd not dried out. Excellent choice for a diabetic.
