Stopped our overnight soakness!!
I wanted to wait a week+ before leaving a review to be certain of the product's effectiveness. These things have completely stopped the pee soaked pants and sheets we wake up to nearly every morning. They are long and soft and are really similar looking to women's overnight pads with the adhesive strip. We place them a little more forward to catch where the pee will be coming from directly and simply seem like an extra thick diaper when put in place. He has NOT had any irritation, reddness or problems with them! They are officially now my go-to accessory for bedtime for him. Background: My son is 2.5 and wears 2t clothing and size 5 diapers in the day (as of 2.5 weeks ago) and night (as of a couple months ago). My son is a VOLUME peer... I mean Niagara Falls as nothing on this kid... during the day it has not been as much of an issue as you can see when he is full after his 37 cups of water and milk (no he doesn't have any health issues he just likes drinking a lot from his favorite sippy cups). Sometimes he'd still pee through the diaper and pants if we're in the car for a while still though, and at night it was almost inevitable that he would completely soak his pants and sheets. We tried switching up another size to size 6's and they were too loose on his legs and he would still pee out. The Honest Diapers size 5 overnight were doing a decent job for a while (the best compared to other namebrand diapers for US), as long as we really limited his drink consumption at night. Problem is I hate to limit his fluid intake when he says "peeeaseee" with his sippy cup for more water - so I was looking for a substitute to help stop from the extreme wetness he'd wake up in every morning. I found these as an option with good reviews and figured it was a lot cheaper than trying different brands of diapers (again) at 3-4x the price to solve the problem (and yes the size 6's are still tooo loose on his legs and leak on him, especially since he's a active moving sleeper). I have been very happy so far, since the first night I've placed them in his diaper he hasn't peed through! It's been about 2 weeks now that he's been wearing them. These will continue to be our go-to for bedtime dryness.

Saved me from having to disassemble and clean the car set every few days.
These are the only things that stop my daughter's diaper from leaking on longer outings in the car. For some reason no matter what brand diaper my daughter is wearing if she pees while sitting in her car seat and there's already some pee in her diaper, that pee is going to leak right out the side. And there's times where we are out for a couple hours, and she's autistic and will have a complete break down because of the loud noises in public restrooms ( hand dryers, flushing) so if I can avoid it I will. Not to mention we have a revolving car seat that is extremely heavy and horrific to take apart and clean every few days from an accident which was what I was having to do before using these! I had some people suggest sitting her on a towel but from a safety standpoint when it comes to car seats and manufactures rules I knew that was not an option. This was not only the safest option but the easiest solution. So far she has not leaked once in her car seat while wearing these. I actually had been using the smaller ones because I didn't know they made a bigger size and they were still working fine. But the size of these are so much better. My daughter is 4 in a 5-6t sometimes even 6/7. If you need extra absorbency and have a kid that pees by like the bucket I swear by these. I use them religiously on the weekends when we are out shopping and running errands.

Does exactly what it says.
Review from the wife: We had a big issue with our toddler's diaper leaking at night. It was to the point that our toddler didn't even wear pj's because it just made the midnight wake-ups last that much longer. I was washing sheets and re-making the bed every single day. We tried multiple brands of overnight diapers and even sized up, but nothing seemed to work. I was just browsing for ideas when I came across these. We initially started with the version that does not have the adhesive on the back as I was worried that the adhesive wouldn't let our toddler's tush breathe. Well, they worked great! My only issue with the version without the adhesive was that I had to make sure that the insert was perfectly aligned within the diaper and keep it in the same position as I tried to put the diaper on a very wiggly toddler (if it sticks out of the diaper's inner lining at all it will actually suck liquid out of the diaper and cause a very big "leak".) I decided to give these a try as I was starting to legitimately dread the night time diaper routine. They work fabulously! I still had to make sure that they were aligned correctly but with the adhesive I didn't also need to keep it in place as I put the diaper on. The adhesive is only a small strip down the middle of the insert so my worries over my toddler's tush breathing were nothing to worry about. We have finally reached a point where we don't need these inserts anymore (bye bye bottle) but these were a lifesaver when we needed them. These really are worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone who is going through diaper leaking issues. Just make sure to keep the insert within the inner lining of the diaper. I didn't realize this at first and thought that these didn't work. Once I figured this out, we had absolutely no more leaking issues. Now that I know, it seems like it would be common sense, but for this tired mama, it wasn't.

Doing the cha-cha
The booster pads are a good option for nighttime diapering! With 28 pads in the pack, they’re like little superheroes for my toddler’s overnight routine. These pads absorb like champs, keeping my little one dry and happy, which means more sleep for both of us (thank you, sweet dreams!). However, I did notice that the adhesive could use a bit more stickiness; a few times I found them doing the cha-cha in the diaper instead of staying put. Overall, they make nighttime changes way easier, just with a little room for improvement! 🌙💤

Work Great
We have our son put these in his pull-ups at night, and they help a lot! We just check to make sure he puts them in the front and not the back. 😄

Dimples brand is better
Shorter, wider, rougher, and less absorbent than Dimples brands booster pads. Toddler noticed and so did mom.

They work for the heaviest wetter on the planet
My 2yo grandson has been a heavy wetter since birth. We had to change him every hour & go up 2 sizes until he was about 18mo it was so bad. No diapers could make the night time & even if he was asleep we had to wake him up 2-3x to change his diaper or everything would be soaking wet. I had forgotten about these from when mine were little or I would've bought them last year & all of us would've had WAY more sleep....ugh lol. We've been using them about 10 days & he now can make it the whole night without any leaking. We even went back down a size & no leaks. I'm sooo excited & I'm sure he & his mom are too. They stay in place well with no issues even soaked for hours & hold plenty of liquid. They even seem to stay more dry to touch than the diapers do. Very pleased & thankful for a full nights DRY sleep
