Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 & SG400 Bypass Tray - Print up to 51" Long

Arrived on time and as described. I have installed it, but haven't used it yet.

Easy to install. Works well.

Extended paper tray which is nice since the Sawgrass doesn’t give big size options

Would never buy again only tech support is by email no phone # print one day not the next. I even had them remotely check my computer and supposedly they fixed everything but 2 days later same old crap it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot a problem through email will never buy another Sawgrass anything. I really wanted an American made sublimation printer 1 star because no choice for negative star

So I purchased this thinking that it was an actual printer and then when I got it, I realize that it was not which kind of upset me, but that’s OK. I sent it back and then I re-purchased the actual printer that I was looking for.

The media could not be loaded. What I didn't like is that it didn't come with complete instructions. There's still the fact that a not so important piece is missing. But it works. Please see video.Update.This seller isn't sawgrass, it's swing design. And I am leaving this review up. Still fact remains the one part that helps hold it up is still missing. But otherwise it works.

Easy to install, works seamlessly. You do have to update your printer driver.

it's been a complete waste of money for me. I have yet to get it to connect to my printer. can't find any help to get it to work.
