Great spice to put on my lamb chops in my air fryer.

One of the best brisket rubs you could use, no joke. This is the best I’ve ever had, and have been using it consistently for 3 years. I might use a mustard binder or olive oil, doesn’t matter on a brisket but this rub makes a solid bark that’s exceptionally tasty and easy on the eyes. Only compliments from those who’ve enjoyed my brisket.

This is a great seasoning for beef. Works great on steak, gives it a nice depth that compliments beef and does not overpower it. My wife is very picky with seasoning, she has not complained about this once. I grill weekly and this will be a staple in my spice cabinet. I have also used this on bone in and boneless pork chops and it is outstanding. This rub does not have excess sugar, thus you don’t get crusty burning and caramelization on meats. This rub goes exceptionally well with beef and pork over a fire pit

We were looking for a replacement for a Cowboy Rub that was discontinued that had coffee as one of the ingredients. Tried this one. Not the same as Cowboy Rub but man is it good. Sweet, smoky with a little bite at the end. Can barely tell there's coffee in it. It's more of a deep flavor, especially with the background cocoa, than in your face java. We've had it on both broiled chicken and pork chops. Very good on both, so a versatile rub.

Love it! Taste great, I usually use it on Rib Eye.
