This is the best ink ever - love it so much, purchase pens around the cartridge! It writes smooth and lays down ink evenly and nicely, will a beautiful spread as the ink soaks into the paper. Huge fan, stock up!

There was a time when pen refills, ballpoint or rollerball, could be found in any department or drug store stationery section, but no longer...they want to sell you a whole new disposable pen! Thank heavens for Amazon where you can affordably keep your old well-made refillable friends functional, and at six rollerball refills for $5, these are affordable quality...write on!

All plastic. My guess is that for strength they carried the sleeve towards the tip about 5-7mm more than the Pemmeed or Cross or any other for that matter. The plastic makes the tip too wide to fit in the pen hole. If you attempt to carefully downsize the plastic you find the tip is actually a separate piece just inserted in the plastic sleeve. downsize it and it falls out leaving solvent soluble ink all over the place. The Pen tip of mine is chrome plated so I am not going to drill it out. This design writes ok and none of my 6 leaked in the package which is where they will stay until I get a cheaper pen I can modify.

Initially the ink was flowing great. After just a few uses, the blue ink started drying out and streaking.

It seems like it gets harder and harder to find quality refills! This company fulfilled my order very well.

I’m trying to contact the seller…the ink starts skipping within a couple of days and I’m not writing a book, I’m signing papers and writing short paragraphs. I feel the batch of cartridges may be defective. I’m about 19 days past the return window. Ughhhh.
