I got it as a gift for a friend. After going to his house for a couple weeks and noticing he had not worn it he told me it was not a great watch and he tried everything he could to get it to work. But it just was insufferable. After getting it back from my friend I tried to work it and the instructions were almost impossible to follow. It took me about 3 days to get the watch actually working -- and that was only due to luck by swiping in a direction that finally the watch liked. Since I buy a lot from Amazon I have become fairly fluent in foreign-English short-hand but this one has now claimed the top spot for ridiculous. It was just too hard.There is also an app that you can download (or maybe two apps - I couldn't figure out what it was saying). But I on the brightside I'm pretty confident that it was stealing all of my personal information. It wanted access to everything the phone has on it -- I mean everything. Functionally, when my phone was less than 5 feet away it would continual notify me that it was going to sleep, or something was being downloaded or it was going to disconnect - but that's not overly annoying if you enjoy being interrupted every 30 secs -- even after selecting Ignore. So in short, it wouldn't say it was a waste of money, but certainly tuition for never buying these types of electronics from Amazon. Since I learned the hard way I would suggest to not waste your money or more importantly your time and effort trying to figure out this contraption. If you do decide to pursue the mirage of possibilities with this watch make sure you charge at night because the battery drains really fast.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  this product is neither waterproof nor lifetime warranty. you do not get any warranty for this product because you do not get anything warranty card or paper that proves whether you get a lifetime warranty. the touchscreen is very slow. the sound is even worst. it always produces echo sound and you cannot hear anything clearly. once you buy this product, you get your money thrown into the garbage.

The display of the watch online is not anything like the watch that was received. Many of the features of the watch are only available through an app. When I reviewed the app in the app store, it had such poor reviews, that I did not even bother downloading it. Even the functionality of watch was poor. The digital display was white text on a yellow background and could not change the settings. The analog display was a little better, but still shabby. 0/10 would not recommend.

Don't buy this. It's a scam. Watch stopped working after a few weeks of use. Worked fine at the beginning, I was happy but one day the dreaded blank blue screen appeared and I have been unable to get it working again. I recharged the watch overnight but no change. I just requested to send it back and it looks like I barely made it before the period expired to have it returned. Stay away from this product. You've been warned.

This is an updated review. The major complaint then was the fact that the watch was only programmed for military time. I researched the watches on Amazon, and this one seemed great. I primarily wanted a watch to count steps. All the internet features I didn't need but it was good to have in case I wanted to use them in the future. Also by the end of the day it needed to be charged. On a whim on a Saturday night I scrolled thru the Deal of the Day and saw another fitness watch. It would cost me $15 less, was sleeker, and just seemed like what I wanted. I felt guilty about spending the money for something I didn't need. By the next morning, when I took the 1st phone out of the charger, it had a message "charging error." I read the directions and nothing about that. Got no response when I posed the question on Amazon. I changed charging cables. Nothing. On Monday I returned the product and received a refund from AZ. I had used it for 2.5 weeks. Was I ever happy I bought the new watch because I received it that day. Loving THAT one and NO military time! So much for all the glowing reviews of the 1st watch!

The instructions were vague and written in broken English. What it said to do for the settings didn't work. I charged the watch for over 4 hours before the first use. After turning it on and struggling to set it up, it started beeping incessantly.... beeped every 30 seconds when my phone was on the charger, beeped when Facebook messenger was opened and every 30 seconds while it was open. It was supposed to take heart rate readings but it didn't and nothing in the instructions that said how to get the reading. It said that all of the features were available on Android devices without the additional memory cards, but over half of the features would not work. It kept saying to insert the card. After a few hours, I just gave up. By that time, the battery was down to its last bar and I decided it wasn't worth the money or the hassle and packed it back up to return.

i do not know why amazon have this item on its list. its a waste of money. I could not even hear incoming calls on this watch. Do not buy this.

Need to return the watch isn’t working and doesn’t charge . It had a bad smell as well
