So far so good. I have been using this product for over a week with the tea. I have reduced my smoking from a pack a day to 3-4 cigarettes a day. I am pleased with this and my husband smokes still, and I am not having to hard of a time so far. I have quit in the past over 9 yrs. ago, I started back up about 9months ago. When I quit the last time I used the gum and quit cold turkey it was awful. This time, The first day I did not use the tea as often as suggested and it was harder. I began using the tea 3x a day and it has helped tremendously. I will continue with both products, I recommend both!! Excellent product.

It is starting to help curb cravings but I recently stopped 5!days ago. The after taste is disgusting so I just try to hold my breath and drink a few gulps of liquid to avoid the taste. They don’t smell that great either. I’ll post again after two weeks to update.

Started with the tea. I put one small Quit Tea in with my usual cold sweet tea to get the effects of cleansing the body of nicotine and other harmful and some addictive chemicals put into cigarettes to keep the tobacco burning. I like to drink hot tea before going to bed so I take a capsule in the morning. Anything to help quit smoking.

They are not working that well

I purchased these to help me quit smoking and it is a no go for me they give me a headache I've tried taking them stop for a while took him again and I'm continuously getting headaches so I'm done will not recommend to anyone also tried to Tea great taste

Quit Support calms down your nerves to help you be more relaxed so you dont crave a cig..The pills are big and do smell bad Take one in the morning and one after dinner..They really do work..

Helps to take the edge off and improves sleep however I gained weight while taking this. I stopped taking it and the weight came off, however I am still not smoking! woot! I used it for a week
