Great product – my naturopath recommends
Yes, the capsules are large but they are tolerable and Omega3 is really important. These have no taste or blow back that I've ever experienced. I had been taking high quality liquid-yet-tasty Omega3 oils but I prefer these capsules. I take 2-3 daily, per my awesome naturopath's suggestion. They are kinda hard to find so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon.

Mostly great, but often fishy burps
These arrived well sealed with a long expiration date, and overall they seem like a solid supplement. The manufacturer claims fish burps aren’t an issue, but I’ve still experienced them almost daily. Maybe it matters what else you put in your stomach along with them, I usually skip breakfast, so it’s a latter and these. As with any supplement, it’s hard to independently verify quality, so I’m trusting the label for now.

I purchased this product for my dad. He is about to turn 73 and is just over 6 feet tall and about 300 lbs. He's been a truck driver for over 45 years. He had been having alot of issues with his knees and had been taken pain medication that had not been helping. I told him about this and he wanted to try it. He's been taking them for about 2 months and has now stopped taking the pain meds and says his knees are feeling so much better he also has energy that he didnt have before.
