The Coldest Water packs are just amazing! I don't know what they do, but they are so cold, so long lasting and just amazingly effective for my ice therapy needs. I highly recommend this brand in its entirety.

This is an update. I realized after posting a one-star review that when I remove the cover from this ice pack, it is very colc and stays cold. Unfortunately, the cover is what makes it comfortable. I'll give it three stars - as an ice pack alone, it's very good. But a cover makes it much more user-friendly, and I have to wrap a towel around it as a substitute for the unfortunately poor quality cover. I bought this a couple ofyears ago but just started using it (I need ice intermittently to alleviate itching). This is such a disappointment. I have two other "Coldest Water" packs and they are wonderful - one is for the back - a rectangle that folds, and the other has two velcro straps. Both stay cold and I love them. This was the third one I bought, and regret. It's taken me a while to give a review, but I appreciate honest reviews, and that's what this one is. No need for a photo...

Great little ice pack if you only need 10 minutes of chilling. I use it therapeutically and need it to last twenty, so it is not too effective for me but others may find it well suited for them.

My husband has some swelling of the neck and endures constant neck pain, so I looked for a highly recommended, good value ice pack that could store easily in the freezer - and be comfortable. The frozen peas only go so far! What I didn't know, is that the pack can also work for heat therapy, though we haven't used that feature yet. He wears it a few times per day and finds it is the best ice pack for the neck yet. Packaging is very well done and the product appears to be well made.

I have a lot of stress in my neck and this collar of ice works wonders in keeping the inflammation in check and it wraps nicely on my neck so I can watch tv or relax knowing it is securely wrapped for my 20 minutes on 20 minutes off routine. Shipping was prime and the next day as promised, i had my ice pack. This one may be a few dollars more, however; customer service and quality of the seams make it worthwhile for me.

Buyer beware! 3rd time purchaser & this is nothing like the previous design. Contains no gel. Does not stay on shoulder area. Attempts to return this defective product were rejected under a new Amazon policy that does not accept returns and this third party vendor has no info on how to report or return a few defective product. I want my money back.

This is awesome, you wear it like a cap for relief for your neck and shoulders.
