Well, I initially thought they were rather expensive, and when I learned that the recommended two a night meant a pack would only last me 10 days (didn't read the dosage blurb) I thought I'd only be buying that one pack. I've started taking a number of supplements at the same time including Ashwangha root, bee propolis, etc, all I know is that although my other natrual supplements are helping to keep my mood uplifted and my nerves calm throughout the day the last two days I haven't taken these Rested Sleep suppliments due to having run out, I've have been plagued by awful nightmares and broken sleep just as it was before my new regime of natural supplements, the first night without them lacked the float to bed cushioning they provided throughout the night including a gentle refreshed waking, was a little restless with unpleasant dreams, then the second night (last night) was back to the brutal punishing torture I used to have before them. So once I realized the thing that I had changed in my regime was them and looked at the reviews which were my precise experience when on them I rushed to get same-day delivery of the economical three-pack which will last 30 days taking two a night. I'm going the try the Unbeelievable Calm one next as I can see these are high-quality supplements. Now the price has taken on a new meaning to me, the way the bees are cared for, the ethics of the company, supporting a small business like this, and buying a product that transforms my physical and mental health so well is well worth the price. I'm going to try tapering down some of my other supplements and see if these will preplace most of them, Ashwanga root has been great for me in various ways so I'll likely end up taking one Unbeeliable Calm pill and one organic Aswanganda root pill (different company) in the morning then two Unbeelievable Rested Sleep pills at night, total costing me approximately £1.70 a day (the Unbelieveable products amounting to £1.25 day). That's less than a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! Plus it's far healthier, far more effective, nicer for the people who know or interact with me AND I'm supporting a worthy company while helping to save the bees ... what's not to love? Bring on tonight when I go back to well rested quality sleep!

It works well for me sleeping better and no more restless legs

Many supplements promise and not all deliver, Bee Rested is one of the ones that certainly does. A really well thought out combination of ingredients in a balance that helps you have a relaxed sleep without the groggy hangover effect that medication can give. I use a lot of supplements and this saves me taking two or three different ones. You may need to take it for a few days before you start getting the full benefit, so don't give up on day one! I love the gentle effect and the fact that it can be used for a few weeks and then stopped when you are back in a natural sleep pattern. I now tend to keep a packet at all times, just for when I get into a patch of not sleeping well. I have recommended Bee Rested to lots of family and friends and get great feedback. I love the fact it's natural, easy to use and the tablets are easy to swallow. Having something to use when you need it, that is non addictive and helps you get back to a properly rested sleep, is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Before I bought this I read about it a lot, I was researching which one to buy, which one is the best from all perspectives etc. It does have a lot of benefits, awards, good reviews. I took two the first time and loved the smell, I was hoping so much for it to work, from all my heart, but unfortunately did not work for me personally.

I am a seriously bad sleeper, awake every night at 2am for the rest of the night. This seriously helped! I slept from 10pm until 5:30am. Literally unknown for me! I did feel a tiny bit groggy the next day but I don’t think it was actually this I think it was just I’d slept so well as I’ve used since and not felt groggy at all. Highly recommend!!

Well, I tried these 3 times over 3 weeks and had a worse night sleep than usual each time. Last night I took one and was awake for 3 hours from 2-5 a.m. Probably why I'm grumpy and leaving a one star review. I guess by reading other reviews it works for some but not others. These definitely aren’t ‘traditional’ sleeping tablets, but after taking for a few days I definitely noticed that my quality of sleep had improved significantly. I like that it’s all natural ingredients. I take these with a bit of water and find the capsules easy to swallow. They don’t really have a taste, so they’re not unpleasant. I’m going to keep taking them as really feel they’re making a difference
