Licorice fans will love these. They are the closest thing to Callard & Boswell licorice toffees that I’ve found. Sometimes they’re a bit hard, but suck on it for a while and it softens up.

Best flavor
While the first bite into one of these English toffees is pretty hard, they soften up quickly just like butter. Melt in your mouth licorice toffee. A must have if you are searching for the old Collard and Bower.
