Didn’t fit my 09 Silverado 1500. Welded a plate to it then bolted it to the crossmember. Works just fine.

Does not fit lift kit with out drilling holes in your truck.
It does not fit the rough country 6 inch lift. I will have to drill holes to make it fit. I have not decided if I will use it or not.
