So grippy and great for yoga and Pilates. I bought this mainly to use in my reformer Pilates classes and so far it has been great!

Pad is thick enough to protect knees, but not so thick as to trip over when changing asanas

But compared to other Mats is very comfortable. Has good grip, very thin (a +), perfect size for any average height adult.

I use this to go easy on my elbows doing elbow planks, and to provide friction during the downdogs and lizards etc. Works beautifully! It is very easy to carry. I immediately purchased an additional one to put in my lockers at the studio.

I use this small mat under my knees and sometimes my hands when i practice yoga. it is helpful but if it were wider and longer i would love the mat and it would be more functional.

This little mat is worth every penny! It makes a big difference during my practice as a knee pad, wrist pad and headstand pad. I definitely recommend it, and it comes with a bag to keep it safe.
