It will cut thin rubber not sure about other materials

Its my fault I just opened this item and its passed the return window. It was CLEARLY used and someone put some of the wrong components back in there from a different kit and most of the punches were worn out. It looks like some of them were ground to make a different size, etc. Basically the entire kit is useless to me so I'll need to purchase another one. Very disappointed.

The main head had very little threads and some of the cutting dies threads were non-existent. I have a replacement kit on the way but not very hopeful... UPDATE: The second unit came in and is almost as poorly made as the first. Poorest quality I've seen in a long time.

The center punch keeps falling out and the spring also just falls out . And it was dull it wouldn’t even cut out a cardboard sample
