How long does it take to ship ordered a week ago and still hasn't been shipped

Hi this depends on the retailer you bought the cutout from, if Amazon and you are a Prime customer it should be next day. Please contact the retailer directly you bought the product from. As should be delivered next day we print to order.

Can I assume that the product cannot be left outside

Their products are made from cardboard and are unsuitable for outdoor use.

Do they come folded up?

Yes, folded in half and then you add the feet to make it stand. It's very good quality.

Are they safe for kids???

Hi, many thanks for your question, all our cutouts have been EC Safety tested. Not suitable for children under the age of 4. This cutout is brilliant if a little scary!
