BioSteel tastes great. While I would advise very occasional use on extended water fasts, this product does come in handy during the very mild ketogenic acidosis that occurs with fasting. Eases body stress and symptoms, and speeds recovery.Otherwise, this is excellent for recovery and hydration after a sweat. Long workouts, hot tubbing or sauna... use BioSteel in any circumstance you'd normally use Gatorade or Powerade.Your hormones will thank you.

We have moved to a dry climate and I’m a runner. I drink a glass of Biosteel every morning that I work out and I find that I perform better and stay hydrated throughout my workout better. I like the taste and it dissolves with little effort. A little pricey but I think it’s worth it. (I just ordered more today, I’m almost out.😊)

It's pretty darn good, it gives me great energy as all the biosteel drinks do. I make it through a full Orage Theory class without needing anything else. However, this honestly does not taste anything like watermelon and the aftertaste is eh... Soooooo, works well and it's nice to have a break from my favorite Biosteel flavor (raspberry).

This is so much better then the cherry flavor! Feel so much better after I drink it.

The product is completely good for hydration but the taste of watermelon is not there.i am confused.
