I recently started taking these Curcumin Capsules from Quality Nature because I really liked another supplement they offer. I have to say, this one is to help with join pain and inflammation. This has helped. Not only has the joint and inflammation pain lessened to the point where I can now get up and do daily tasks and go to work without content pain but the fact that this is all natural is an added bonus. This gives you just the right amount of daily requirements that help boost my anti-inflammatory effects that my body apparently needs. I especially love the fact that this is free of synthetic dyes, gluten free (which I have been watching) and preservative free. I have been taking this once a day, with breakfast. This seems to benefit me all through the day with less pain and anti-inflammatory medications. If you are looking at getting away from the prescription or over the counter meds, I would highly suggest this. If you are looking to just have some help with a case of inflammation, I highly recommend this product.

Bye, Bye Inflammation
I bought this for myself and my husband. My husband has arthritis in his knee and we both have upper arm problems. This product helps with inflammation and joint problems. It also promotes heart health and helps with cholesterol health. This product is easy to take by taking one capsule daily with a meal.I look forward to seeing the results. I received this product at a free or reduced price and this is my unbiased opinion.

This stuff really does the trick!
I used Advil and Tylenol for years to address the pain in my knees and hips from the treadmill and stair machine portions of my workout. It was getting to the point where the pain was actually forcing me to tone down my exercise routine. What a godsend this turmeric supplement has been for me; I am now able to continue increase both the intensity and length of my workout without having to worry about the pain in my joints. I wish I had learned about this product years ago.

Didn't bother my sensitive stomach. Great product!
With turmeric being all the rage these days, I decided to look into the health benefits of it myself. After researching it, I decided that I should give it a try. Unfortunately, I tried a different brand than this one first and it really upset my sensitive stomach. I am very happy to report that this brand of turmeric wa easy on my stomach. In fact, I felt no discomfort at all. I will definitely order from this company again and recommend this product to anyone who is interested in taking turmeric who has a sensitive stomach.

I wasted $20 and 2 weeks of trying it! Did absolutely nothing for me!
Honestly I only tried this from reading all the positive reviews from people who were paid to try this product. But for me, I've been taking it daily now for at least 2 weeks. Unfortunately I haven't noticed any difference except my bank account is $20 less.
