Great product. Diagnosed with low folate took these and helped alot. Easy to take, have recommended to friends and family

Good value product with no fillers
Good quality, good value product with no nasties added. Small easy yo swallow capsule. Great for those with homozygous MTHFR and ADHD symptoms or those TTC and pregnant. I have more energy since being on them.

Great supplement
Great if you have the MFTHR genetic mutation. I took these to absorb folic acid whilst pregnant and I grew a healthy strong baby…maybe a coincidence but I felt they were essential for my pre natal nutrition being on point.

Very good
My folate levels are always low and this one is very good, I have tried others but they haven't been as good or effective. I've had no problems since I started this one as it is purer than others which contain less folate

Amazing!!
Honestly amazing quality. I have suffered with low folate for a while along with a thyroid issue, which has been a factor in pregnancy loss for me after the birth of my daughter in 2022. I started taking this instead of the GP’s classic folic acid (which of course is the man made version of folate and did nothing for my levels) and I swear, within the week (!!) my mood, my skin, my hair, my energy boosted. I have anxiety and my brain was just…quiet. Less aches and pains and overall just felt fabulous. I’ve recommended this to so many people, and I am sure (though of course may not be accurate) that taking this, along with some selenium supplements, has led to a so far healthy pregnancy that occurred immediately after starting these folate tablets (due Jan 2026). For me these are 1000% worth it!
