Does it help the lines around your mouth

I'm not sure because I'm 77 and the lines I have around my mouth are pretty deep. I've been using this product around and especially under my eyes & I would say that it has helped soften those lines. It's at least as good as any of the more expensive products I've tried.

Is this like some product where you use it and its affects last only a certain amount of hours?
