Good, but expensive.
I feel that when items are specifically labled for certain nerodivergent situations, they feel like they can whack a few more pounds onto the selling price. I've found hard backed and spiral notebooks in different colours... my preference being yellow or light green, without the "tag" for at least 10 pounds cheaper. There are really good ones on Amazon, A5 AND A4 for 3.99 and 4.99
