Brilliant mat washes up well. Good quality

Very good for rolling out pastry the mat doesn’t move and keeps the work top clean. Easy to clean mat and maintain. Great for working on as it has measurements you can use to roll pastry out for size. Good value for money.

I would have given it 5* as on the first use it was fantastic and kneading bread on it was so easy needing no extra flour and the dough didn’t stick. However, I then washed it in soapy water on both sides and when I used it again it didn’t stick to the surface. I now have to wet the underside for it to stick to the surface and that only lasts a short while before having to weigh it down with heavy objects. I was so disappointed as it worked so well the first time.

No chapati board needed save storage space easy clean ...love this!

Working as expected, non sticky non slippy

I wanted this for rolling and cutting biscuits, but I'm worried about damaging it with the biscuit cutter or knife. There's a "no knives" symbol, so I imagine it would be quite delicate. It may be that I'd do better with a vinyl mat, since I don't need it to go in the oven.Washing it is ok, but getting it dry before rolling it up is a bit of a juggling act.

Excellent. This is a very handy item. It is the perfect size, easy to wash and folds up neatly so stays in the bowl of my mixer. The concentric circles with their sizes marked were very helpful. Pastry and marzipan did not stick at all with only tiny dusting of flour or icing sugar. Such a useful and inexpensive item, I just wish I had thought to buy one years ago!It arrived in good time before Christmas and has been well used. I certainly recommend both the item and the vendor.

I originally thought that this would be a solid board but was surprised (and initially disappointed) to find it was a thin sheet. However, this was better - it came folded so was easier to store, sat securely on my worktop while I rolled out pastry, etc, and washed up really easily. I'm a convert ;>)
