I ordered these in early Sept 2014. I had stayed at a 4 star Resort back in June and fell in love with their thick, firm pillows. In the photo's they appear to be thick and firm. FAR FROM IT!! The price would have been reasonable had they been what was advertised and shown. I went to Wlamart and purchased 2 new ones for $12 each to use until I can find some real 4 Star Pillows.I laid down on one and it flattened out with the sides folding up toward my face. Rather than bother returning, my wife just made a pillow case, packed two into it and sewed it up for our grandson. She's going to make another one with the 2 remaining later.I don't know who this new business buys from, but, they may need to monitor the product or find another supplier.

These pillows are the best pillows I have ever used and are not that expensive comparatively speaking. And I have tried quite a variety. Sobakowa, fake Sobakowa (stinky stinky stinky), water/foam (good but heavy), memory foam (droolers beware), side sleeper, etc. I am allergic to feathers & mites, but pillows that are pre-treated with anti-mite chemicals I find to be just as problematic. So every year I hunt for a new pillow. Sometimes I feel like a bad episode of Goldilocks and the Three Pillows. These pillows are JUST RIGHT for me - soft, squishy, but hold my bad neck very well pillows. After a month they haven't lost their fluffyness. They are so fluffy it is hard to get them in a pillowcase. And apparently no pre-treatment. I wish my whole bed was made of these pillows. And the vendor was fast and reliable. The pillows were compressed for shipping and popped right up like blow up rafts. If you like fluffy, you will like these.

After coming back from a 10 day vacation in Florida and staying in 6 hotels down there, then coming home to sleep in my bed....I realized even though my pillows were not old, they just sucked to sleep on lol. So I searched on here for a reasonable set of new but hotel style pillows for me to use. I did not need four but the pricing was to good to pass up. These are standard size came as four pack and it was a nice surprise to see they threw in a set of 300 thread count white standard pillowcases as a bonus. It said in the fine print description but, I did not read it, so definitely a nice surprise. Very thick white pillows. Happy with this purchase and it did not take long to be delivered by our US mail.

I can't remember the last time I gave a product a 1-star review, if ever. Seriously disappointed in this product. For fifty bucks, and with a title like "5 Star Hotel Pillows" I expected far better than the $7 pillows I could have picked up at Walmart. Scratchy, cheap, synthetic cover, filling that feels like polyester batting that will surely flatten down in short order. NOT what I ordered and NOT a good value.Full disclosure: I had promised these as a donation to a local children's shelter, else I would certainly have returned them, but I did not contact the seller with my complaint, so I have no idea how their customer service would have handled the situation.

These are a good deal price-wise for four pillows and I have to say for the first week or so, they felt really really comfortable. After the first month though, they were definitely flat and lumpy. They are washable and that will fluff them back up a bit but these are not good for daily use. One of the pillows tore the second time we washed them - in the interests of full disclosure, we accidentally put them in on the normal cycle instead of gentle. We've moved the remaining three to the guest room. For the price they are still decent for occasional use pillows.

These pillows do not last long at all. I do not recommend them. I have already thrown them out and I just bought them in the later part of 2016. I ended up buying my pillow from Bed Bath and Beyond and they are great!

I ordered these after reading some of the previous reviews. I am not disappointed. They are very nice pillows for the money. I have ordered four more for the guest bedrooms. Nice filling that seems to bounce back well.UPDATE - after using for a couple of months I found that these flattened pretty dramatically. I guess I got what I paid for.

I RECEIVED THE PILLOWS IN A TIMELY MANNER, HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT AS FLUFFY AS YOU ARE LEAD TO BELIEVE. THEY ARE BASICALLY SEMI FLAT.THESE PICTURES ABOVE ARE DECEIVING.THE PILLOWS ARE NOT FLUFFY AT ALL I AM ONLY KEEPING THEM, BECAUSE I DO NOT REALLY FEEL LIKE SENDING THEM BACK. TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE.BESIDES THEY WILL DO FOR NOW, BUT FOR DECORATING PURPOSES.THEY ARE NO WAY 5 STAR HOTEL COLLECTION, NOT LITERALLY.
