Works perfectly in Jabra hearing aids
These are wonderful and work perfectly for my Jarbra hearing aids. I change wax filters monthly, and these are a perfect fit and do the job well. They are a much better value than the ones from the manufacturer.

Doesn't fit Resound Nexia nor Jabra Enhance Pro 20
These look almost exactly like the wax filters that came with my new Jabra Enhance Pro 20 hearing aids which are the same as Resound Nexia. The problem is that the size is slightly too small. It won't extract the old wax filter and even if I manually remove it with a different tool, these wax filters won't stay in the hearing aid's receiver. It is just too tiny. I gave this a 4 star review just because they are probably great wax filters if they fit your hearing aids but only 4 stars because they were advertised to fit all Resound which they do not.

Do not buy
Do not buy, for Widex hearing aids. The extractor prong is too small to engage the existing wax filter in the hearing aid. Removing it with tweezers like I had to do risks damage to your hearing aids. The new filters install, but with a really tight fit. It appears the dimensions are incorrect on this item. I hope they will correct this problem.

These fit my Resound hearing aids perfectly, are confidently packaged, and easy to use

Right from the outset, these wax guards seemed to be problematic. Removing the old wax guards from the hearing aid was never a problem. Putting in place a new one is, without exception, a major undertaking. These Wax Guard Filters are not adequately designed for my Phonak hearing aids, as the new wax guards that they provide do not stay tightly in place, as they seem to be micromitically too small for the wax guard orifices. They remain somewhat loose and, in addition, once inserted in the hearing aid, the new guards are difficult to detach from the black sticks holding them. Each and every single one. I just had one drop into my ear canal. Amazon should discontinue proposing this, as it turns out to be, in my opinion, a dangerous product. I had to dispose of several of these items, having lost the window to return them.
