Grows fast! We started with complete dirt. 7 days after planting and we have a ton of grass sprouts coming up! Will add another picture soon.UPDATE- I’ve added a second picture to show how the grass looks after 2 weeks. Keep in mind that germination is 21 days and this is what we have at 14 days! It’s looking amazing. I can’t wait to see what it will be at 21 days.

They were great. The grass seed was delivered a day sooner then scheduled. Very happy with the speed and service. Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue grows very well everywhere in Virginia. It's very easy to spread, it easy to grow anywhere, a really value for you money. It you are looking for grass seed try Kentucky 31 you won't be disappointed.

I bought this to over seed my yard to thicken up my existing lawn. None of this seed germinated. It is still there in this cool rainy weather and has not done anything. Don't bother with this product, wasted my money and my time.

My go to seed for fall and early spring seasons. Works excellent in early October in south eastern VA. Price can be high. I wish there were discounts offered.

So far so good. I put down the seed right before a rainstorm lasting a few days and voila ! Admittedly I put down more seed that probably most because we are rural and the yard had too many sand spurs and other weeds. This crowded them out and looks rather nice (along with fertilizer that kills cloves etc). Thanks again

Very slow grow and 75% of seeds did not grow.I bought it a second time because 2 years ago this grass was growing in two weeks with a very good result. This time 75% of seeds did not grow. REst 25% seeds come after 6 weeks. Do not buy it.
