Highly recommend these crib sheets! They are more expensive, but make it so easy to change the sheets. We just had 1 full set & 1 extra top sheet and that was enough. Use flat pads underneath. These are still in good shape 4 years later and transitioned well to the toddler bed.

I like the concept of the QuickZip sheets, but check your mattress thickness. We had these sheets picked out before the mattress, and QuickZip should be a "universal fit" for 5-7" mattresses. Unfortunately, we had a 5" and they don't fit - they are far too loose. We sent pictures to the company's customer service department, and were impressed with their responsiveness. They said they did look loose and sent another set to try and then we could exchange what we had if they fit better. Unfortunately they still don't fit - but my friend with a 7" mattress has them and they work great. So, if you want to use these, get a thicker mattress. We're now kicking ourselves for buying a $150 organic mattress that isn't compatible with this system since it is far more convenient than traditional sheets, and we're not able to return the mattress. Also note that after trying a few sets on, we found that the fit varied slightly by set/color. The blue seemed tighter than the gray dot. Again, QuickZip had AMAZING customer service and even working through them, they were able to send some white sheets that had packaging that said something about smaller mattresses or snug fit (I didn't see this version offered elsewhere.... perhaps old or new?). Unfortunately those still didn't work for us. We went with some cute traditional sheets from the local baby store, and they are working just fine - and our mattress is light. So far, it hasn't been an issue for us - we just use the fitted sheet right on top of the mattress, and we have 3 of the traditional. Blowouts that require full changes are pretty rare for us at 15 weeks - so we're either really lucky, or maybe they'll be coming soon...

These zipper sheets are my absolute favorite. Changing sheets with a newborn in a crib is such a pain, but the zipper sheets make it 1000 times easier. I recommend these sheets to everyone I know!

These sheets are amazing. With my first son, he had a traditional type of crib with slats all around. Since it's a proven fact that changing crib sheets is a huge pain, I had used the Ultimate Crib sheet with him, and thought it was great. With son #2, we got him a crib that has a solid wood back, and slats only on three sides, so the Ultimate Crib Sheet had nothing to snap to along the back. It was probably a safety hazard, in fact. Then I found these sheets, and they changed my crib-sheet-changing life. I bought the starter set and one extra top sheet, which is plenty. At first I was annoyed at myself because I bought my spare in a different color, but once I got them on the crib, it looks fine because you can see the bottom fitted part, and then you see the bumpers, and when you look inside the crib you can't see the bottom fitted part anyway. It is important that you get your starter set in a color that will look good in the room, since you definitely see it! My only continuing problem with this type of crib is how do I get the back of the bumper to stay upright with no slats to tie on to?

Okay..... I am not a review writer by any means, but I am a busy mom who LOVES these QuickZip sheets!I saw them on Pinterest while I was pregnant and thought, "huh.... clever." Then I bought the regular sheets at the baby store without really giving it much thought.Well, I had the babe, she slept in our room for a few months, she moved over to her crib and after having to change the sheet on the crib mattress twice.... I was so over it! Having to wrestle the mattress out of the crib each time.... undo all the bumpers or shift them out of the way.... That mattress weighs a ton, too. Forget it!NO MORE!I invested in one QuickZip bottom sheet and have since bought 4 of the top zip-on top sheets and I seriously love them. I snicker to myself about how I have bucked the system every time it takes me 2 seconds to change the baby's crib sheets. Do yourself a favor and buy these. Your time as a mom is SO worth it!

First of all, everyone who has a baby should have the Quickzip crib sheets. The base goes on the mattress, and then the part you change for washing (when the baby pees, spits up, or other in the middle of the night) just zips out and the new part zips in. This is really convenient and can be done one-handed (though it's easier with two). You can even leave bumpers in place.The "mink" sheets are even better than the original ones. They are super-soft and cuddly. I was concerned they might be too warm (we live in the desert, and summer naptimes are near 80-degrees in our air conditioned house), but they aren't. And, the mink ones solve the one problem I have with the regular sheets, which is that the edge that covers the zipper gets wrinkled in the wash and could use an iron (but who has time for that!).As for the color, it's very pink. Not pastel. (Not quite Pepto Bismal bright but somewhere in the middle)

After my cousin lost a little one when he was tangled in a fitted sheet she found these and has shared them with all of us. With my little boy, 4 years ago we used these. We started with a the regular set and when he had sleep issues but I wasn’t comfortable giving him a blanket I purchased a minky topper. He loved it! It’s so soft and cozy. So now that my little girl is on the way I rushed to buy a pink one for her. Soft and cozy, easy to clean, so easy to use. Most of all - safe! We highly recommend it!(Ps - add to your baby registry!
