Do I get the plastic container with these batteries

No, they send 24 separate batteries over the next 24 days....

I purchased 2 of these sets of batteries but only received one set

then contact the seller to send more

Hi, roughly about 35 years ago I became disappointed, with other battery brands. I started using the enerergizer batteries and found them the best. How much longer they last to other batteries I can"t say as I have not used the other brands since. I haven't tested to see how many working hours I get from them for my torch or exactly how long they last in my camera flash, but I can say that I can take about 150 - 200 photos with a set and using my torch fairly often but not for continuous long stretches, I get a few months use there. They also last quite well in my security system. Best is test them for yourself. Will probably be worth the effort.

Are these good for wireless phones

No. These batteries are NOT rechargable. Google the make of your handset to find out the correct type of battery. HTH.
