Is this product BPA free?

On the box, it says "This product is made of pure food grade Silicone Rubber that can withstand temperatures of - 22 F to 450 F. The website for this product is www.fredandfriends.com and the product is Made in China. There is no mention of BPA on the box.

Can he be used with a tea bag inside?

I never tried it, but that would make sense if you want to avoid getting those grounds out afterwards. On the other hand, the reason for using mr. I think you (or they) will be fine! It's silicone and kind of "sticks" to the rim, mine has never slid around.

Does any of the loose leaf tea come out of the holes? Im just worried that they are too big compared to a traditional mesh type infuser.

My first time using it, and right away I noticed tea leaves floating in my mug. It’s so adorable, but I’m a little disappointed.
