Is this 100% cocoa or is there something else in the ingredient list?

Ingredients: organic cocoa powder with acidity regulator: potassium carbonate. This has been commonly added to cocoa powder to balance out the acidity and bring out the rich chocolatey aromas.

So is this a Dutch Processed cocoa or an unprocessed cocoa powder?

I use it at a hot cocoa (hot chocolate) mix, it is processed. It is a darker chocolate flavor when making cocoa. Hope this helps.

Yes it can be used as a hot chocolate drink with hot milk. Easy on cocoa as it is very strong, suggest start with half a teaspoon, little sugar can be added to taste a little sweeter. Enjoy.

Does the package list the country of origin or the type of cocoa beans from which it's made?

Hi. The version I ship is made in the UK but does not state which location the beans are originally from. I would imagine it would be from mixed sources. Thanks. Jo
