High quality
More expensive than knockoffs? Yes. but this is a very high-quality item. I could save $100 by buying a knock off, but I question the logic of that. everything on this TRX is very sturdy. I can’t speak for the quality of other items, but I’m quite satisfied with this. There is a video from the red Delta project, which has a lot of exercises shown..

This is a godsend during COVID 19.
I was in a wreck a few years ago and became familiar with TRX straps during my recovery in physical therapy. Now, like everybody else, I'm stuck at home because of COVID 19 and can't go to my barbell gym. TRX exercises are not the same as barbell training, but a lot of the movements are familiar – chest press, rows – and the straps let you use your bodyweight to maximum effect and exertion. So, it's a decent substitute. Other advantages are that the system is totally portable so you can take into the woods and hang it off a tree branch, and it can easily be set up using a door or crossbeam in your house, basement, or garage. I'm very happy I made this purchase, it's helping me preserve my gains when the gyms are all closed.

This does what it says it will do if you use it right.
This works really well and does pretty much what is says it will do. I would recommend putting this in the ceiling or something a little more substantial than over the door. It does work that way, however, I'm a bigger guy and start putting a lot of weight on this when I really start supporting my whole core

Very professional suspension trainer
I agonized over my decision on purchasing a suspension trainer. Do you buy the TRX and pay the big bucks, or do I buy a knock-off and save $100? I opted to go TRX Pro 3. A big decision factor for me was the rubber handles. I did not want foam handles- foam tears, my cat eats it, my cat gets plugged up, my cat has to have a $2000 surgery (3 times so far now). So no foam in my house. I also read that some of the knock-offs were known for tearing at the stitches or the metal buckles breaking. I decided I didn't feel like risking a problem like that and having the inconvenience of having to do a return, or even an injury. The TRX comes with everything in the picture. The straps, the extension strap (which I guess goes around a tree or telephone pole), and a door hang. They are super easy to adjust, and with purchase you get one year on the TRX website which has some decent tutorials, and also there's a ton of free workout tutorials on YouTube. I think you could get just as good a workout with any suspension trainer, but I do feel I have ease of mind with this one that I would not have had with the other options or even less expensive TRX options.

Very helpful
Purchased this to continue physical therapy at home (they had two of these in constant use at the facility). Great quality, easy to install, enables me to do squats as a substitute for Total Gym leg presses, without the knee pain. Recommend.

Very impressed with TRX
At the time of this review we're right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I've been a gym-goer for decades but I haven't been to a gym in 6 weeks and it doesn't look like I'll be going again anytime soon. I looked at many different fitness systems that I could use from home as well as travel, so it had to be light and portable. Wasn't interested in buying a bunch of weights and dumbbells to lug around. And those fang-dangled workout machines (ie. Total Gym) with cables and pulleys that you can "hide under your bed" didn't appeal to me either. I love the flexibility, versatility, and portability of the TRX system. It seems extremely durable and built to withstand heavy use. It doesn't quite compare to having a fully equipped gym at your disposal but if you don't have access to a gym this is a great alternative and you can get a good full-body workout if you follow the free workout guides and videos. Bonus: during the current pandemic Amazon was saying 2-3 weeks for delivery, which had me concerned, but regardless I still received it in 3 days. Thanks TRX!

Not a one device solution but a great complimentary tool
We added a TRX Pro 3 to our home gym about three months ago. We have been really happy with it overall. I mounted it with the x mount ceiling mount and it has been rock solid. We don’t use it for a one device solution but rather as a complimentary tool in our home gym. Rather then do full body workouts on the TRX we tend to use it as a station (pick your body part and exercise) in a metabolic circuit utilizing a lot of different kinds of equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, Plyo box etc). It’s really well suited for that scenario. Where it really excels is as a mobile workout tool. We recently went on a family vacation. We took the TRX, two kettlebells and two mats. Essentially a single milk crate of stuff and we programmed some really tough workouts for the week. In short, it’s a great tool for at home but if I can mix it in with other tools that are better suited to building size and strength I will. On the road is where it excels and it all folds up into a bag a little bigger than a shaving kit. One last note, ours developed a tear in the handle recently. I sent in a support request and within 24 hours a new one was on the way. I did some google searches and did not find torn handles as a common problem. From other reviews on Amazon it appears some companies were selling counterfeit items. Beware where it is fulfilled from. Also, the most recent Pro version is 4. They only sell the 3 on Amazon. If I had known at the time I might have gone direct and gotten the most updated model.

Wow TRX is great!
I've been hesitant to try TRX because I was worried I was strong enough in my hands or body to do the workouts but honestly it's pretty easy to modify to meet you at different levels! Set up is very simple & the workouts are simple yet effective!
