Very powerful and nice to use

Love the size. The size is bigger in girth than most enema. Warning, you will be sliding in a metal enema with no malleability into your backdoor. You may want to use some lube. Durable, easy to use, great size for me, and.. love the rippled texture. It ups the "ooomph!" during my cleaning/play time.

Its well built and has a high flow of water and is very smooth on the outside ... but it is "Big" ... maybe to big for the back door, may be enjoyable for some in the front.

Loved everything about it and is recommended!
