I bought two of these in 2014 for two bathroom remodels. They look good and work well. I mixed Grohe valves and Hansgrohe fixtures because I couldn't find everything from the same brand at the price point I was looking.Most parts are plastic (the bar is metal), but it's unclear to me that the quality of plastic parts is any lower than that of metal parts from all points of view, including looks (indistinguishable) and durability. There is nothing wrong with a lighter weight for the head. The hose is also non-metallic, but it looks perfectly good and is smoother than those with the metal outer layer, so even though I was a little skeptical at first, now I think I like it better than the metal hoses.It may be a little overpriced, but not by a lot, and it has a pleasant, modern design. By the time you consider installation and other costs, the difference may become immaterial. There are much more expensive sets too.One of the shower heads started malfunctioning after a couple of years, with some water leaking out of the side of the spray area instead of coming only out of the nozzles. Hansgrohe replaced it for free, very quickly and very little effort on my part, and that's also worth money.

I am very surprised by the plastic materials used for the hinges on the wallbar. I prefer all metal materials. The shower head is of reasonable size (5 inches). The hose is also plastic, which I really dislike.

This shower set definite has the look factor... but because most of the parts are made of plastic (that looks like chrome), I'm afraid that it will not last.The height of the showerhead can be adjusted easily by turning a lever on the left side... and because the bar is quite long, the height can be adjusted to a great degree. I do have some issues with the little lever... 1. You really need to push it to lock the location, 2. It's made of plastic so sooner or later it's probably going to break.The angle of the showerhead also can be adjusted... When I first installed it, I didn't think that it can be adjusted until I tried multiple times... You CAN adjust it but it's not easy... The main reason is because adjust it takes a lot of effort turning the holder... it will turn but will click loudly.The tubing is made of plastic... we'll probably switch it out to the metal one soon.Overall, it's a good buy but just know there are some shortcomings.

We installed one of these in our master bath during a whole house remodel. It looks great, just what we wanted in a contemporary house. When we first moved back the shower was perfect, a strong spray even with water saving restrictions, but after a few weeks of using it the handset began to leak water around the face, over about a month the leak became bigger and the spray coming out of the handset diminished. This morning I called Hansgrohe USA customer service and explained the problem. They immediately said they would send me a new handset with no other questions or conditions. We bought Hansgrohe fixtures for the kitchen and all three baths, all of it looks great and has a feel of quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

The hose is stiff, it should be flexible. The shower head is great.

Still looks good and worked great for about 3 weeks, but now it leaks heavily around the face of the sprayer. Because it leaks so much, the level of pressure coming out is about 50%. Took it off and cleaned and not an issue of scale or blockage. Not what I expect from this brand or price-point.

We needed a shower bar to adjust the height of the shower head. We love that this shower hose is gray and has a modern look as opposed to the normal hoses that are stainless. Also the spray from the shower is soft and very much like rain water. We just love it!

Hardware for mounting is excellent for the price. Shower head is good but the snake is cheap and rigid…we just swapped out our old snake…for the price, well worth it
