I purchased this delving into DMSO. Like many folks, I was looking for an in depth review of DMSO and it's many applications for personal care and in my case, also pet care, and especially 'safe' application recommendations. Actually, this is the second book on the subject that I purchased here. The first was DMSO: Healing 101 by Adam Caldwell. While Caldwell's book was informative albeit, it felt a lot like he wrote it using Chat GPT with some much redundant verbiage across many of the chapters, this book was anything but that. By contrast to Caldwell, Amandha Vollmer has a deep background and years of hands-on clinical client experience with DMSO as well as a solid science-based education. There is no Chat GPT dialogue just real world experience shared in an easily readable and understandable way as you make your way on your journey for holistic health applications with the miracle drug, DMSO.

I like that this book was easy to read. It covers enough of the topic to give me some confidence to actually use DMSO in my health pursuits. I never heard of this DMSO and even being somewhat familiar with many of the other natural remedies mentioned in the book and elsewhere, was not surprised that the knowledge of this protocol is not well known in the USA, yet openly known in other "first world" countries. Hopefully more of this information gets out so that more people can escape their enslavement to the so called "health care" system. Highly recommended reading.

The book is a very quick read, easy to understand. The DMSO Dilution Concentration table is nice and handy. The one area that I thought was oddly precautious is the topic talking about consuming alcohol, and while the example given is a good word of advise and a word of caution, I've talked to a few people who have used this, and they have no issues using DMSO in the AM, then having a drink in the evening. Also, I think the book should have been laid out with talking about the ailment and right after having the discussion about the ailment, having the recipe in the next paragraph instead of a different chapter. Overall, decent book, decent information.

This was very helpful. It has several recommendations for healing specific issues. Author gives directions for safe use, as well. It is not a complete compendium, but definitely good for beginners.

The best quality DMSO. Bought two bottles! Excellent to heal sores, and make achy hands not so achy.
