Great for insulating your garage door!
Although I was a bit upset that they didn’t have the insulation kit or anything bigger than 18 foot door , I was able to buy the 25 x 50 rolls and was able to cut the appropriate amount to insulat my 20ft garage door. It cost me double the price of a standard insulation kit sold by them, but it was definitely worth it!

No issues with the product so far.
Bought this to insulate my trailer I am working on. Seems to work. A little pricey to me but probably worth it. About the same as getting insulation board from a local store and supposedly about 2 times the R value. I have no idea how to test that but that is what it claims. I think it said R15 rating. The insulation board for 1 inch foam is R6. If I bought the board I would have to buy 3 boards or more and this should be about the same amount but much easier to store and takes up much less room.

does the job, easy to work with
used in greenhouse to protect plants and reflect the grow lights, built little areas around grow beds using old lumber I had laying around and stapled up the product like walls, need more for tops of little grow areas to keep warmth in at night. It will be easy to lift off during the day

Makes a difference
Installed on garage door to keep out the cold. Does help in keeping the area a bit warmer. Was a chore to cut it and install though but we knew what we were getting into so dealt with it.

Project : She-ShedProblem - Blistering HotSolution: - SmartSHEILDYou don't have to believe me just look at the pics.I'll update more pics because today I was reading 103 on exposed board, 83 with 1 layer and 81 with 2 layers. What a difference.Super easy to work with and sure does appear to deliver on it's promises!IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: You MUST have an air space between productand wall and between layers.

Seam tape doesn't stick to polypropylene white side. Peels off in 2 weeks.
Be careful what seam tape is used on polypropylene white side. Aluminum tape stuck for 2 weeks then peeled off. Tyvec tape works much better, but some has peeled too after months on. Got red seam tape with acrylic pressure glue to seal seams but don't know how long tape seals will hold behind the drywall. Once tape seal fails, insulation effectiveness is ruined... water vapor & cold/hot air will infiltrate right around the loose edges. Aluminum tape holds great on the aluminum foil side. Next time, if ever, I'll buy with aluminum foil on both sides. Or, I will roll out so aluminum foil side is exposed and taped (might hold longer). Be careful removing tape... the poly film and aluminum foil film sticks to the tap and peels the film off of the foam layer. I couldn't find any information/advice from the ad or the seller/manufacturer what type seam tape to use.
