Pretty sure I found my calming vice.
This is a new way of calming down for me. I all of a sudden became sensitive to your other calm me down products. I don’t drink alcohol for my own health choices. CBD THC pretty much anything the average person would use to calm down with has an adverse effect on me. So I did research and came upon this. VALERIAN ROOT. I’ve only used it three different days and it truly works. It calms you down as far as anxiety or panic feeling. Like any other method of calming this does the trick. I did find I took it too many times one day and couldn’t snap out of the slow motion mode. Therefore causing me to be sleepy. It is all natural and pretty decent price with the taste not bad either. It would last a month if you use as you are directed to. I suppose depending on your own needs. Do your own research B. C. Everyone has different views on certain ideas as far as their own comfort zone., I’m happy I found my own calming vice.

Solid results, strong taste
Works well overall, and I noticed it helps me relax and settle in at night, which supports a better night’s sleep. The only downside is the taste, which it’s quite strong and not very pleasant, which makes it a bit harder to take consistently. Aside from that, it’s a solid product I’d still recommend.

Potent extract to help you AND cats relax!
I bought this to try for myself, not knowing that it would end up being for my cats! I didn't know cats love valerian root! They go crazy! For me, it does help me relax. The taste is what you'd expect, not the best. For my cats, I put a few drops in their cat beds and trees. They roll around and then fall asleep. Apparently, it works well! It is pretty potent.

No one I know could ever take this! The smell is atrocious!
I could not get pass the smell. I did not realize that it smelled so bad. I do not know how anyone can take this at all. It literally smells like fecal matter. I vomited from the odor .

Puts me to sleep in 15 minutes. Taste is not bad for valerian root. Easy to swallow and dropper does not leak
