It charged quickly and seems to be working perfectly. I had to contact customer service because I couldn't find the bluetooth speaker and my phone wasn't finding it at first when I scanned for it. The front lights also didnt look like the picture so I thought maybe I had received one without the speaker. They responded very quickly and told me they had a new design so the lights are different and the speaker is on the bottom. I realized the sticker was covering the speaker. My phone picked it up immediately when I scanned again. Must've been a problem with my phone. I'm very pleased with the quick response and the hoverboard.

It seems to be an overall good product, but having to remove the gigantic sticker piece by piece for 45 minutes was so obnoxious. I understand you have to put warning labels on your product, but putting two huge, cheap stickers on the foot pedals is so unnecessary. Please reconsider putting an insert or a smaller, easily removable sticker on your products going forward.

The hooverboard provided does not look like the one in the picture. It works but will move on its own. Our other hooverboard will not move unless you are on it. It say it has Bluetooth in the product description, and it does have a speaker, but nothing in the instructions on how to setup. I would not recommend this product since, clearly it is faults advertisement. I would have returned it if it was not a "Santa" gift. Again do not buy this product, at least not from this seller "CHO".

There’s nothing negative I can say about this board. Great buy at a great price! I bought this so I can ride with my two kids and I’m a 246lb dad and this board works like magic for us bigger fellas.

Awesome and came early ! But gets dinged up super easily so I suggest you buy rubber bumpers

This is the best overboard I have ever seen it works great can haul around a 200+ lb man with no problem and changes quick! Also very rugged and durable!
