The pillow is nice, supportive and good quality. I am happy I purchased it because I tend to slouch while sitting and working and this helps support my back to sit up straighter. It staps on to my chair so I can have it where I want it on the back of the chair. The straps adjust and it comes with an extender if needed. The straps also have grips on it so it doesn't slide which makes it easy to put on the chair and stay put.

It's a good size. A little larger than your usual lumbar tube style, but it's solid and comfortable. Easy to install, just a couple of straps. Really eases up back discomfort and pain.

I find that using this on my office chair does work, but it's not nearly as giving as it needs to be to be fully comfortable. If you're looking for a strong support pillow, this works great. However, I find that I can't push back as much as I want. My chair back is flat, and using this pillow does preserve the curve in my spine, but at the cost of me not being able to push my upper body back against the chair. Over time, I find that this can lead to discomfort.

This pillow offers great support. I found it too large to use on my desk chair (there wasn't enough room left for me to sit), but it works great with my reading pillow. I believe this one is called The Gambit. There is a smaller one (The Maggie) that I use with my recliner. Both are great.

This cushion is the most perfect cushion to strap on both my car seat and kitchen seat to relieve pain by keeping me in the right position. It is very very comfortable and truly helps my back. I looked at so many and this one was the best of the lot. I've had them for years now and there is no sign of degradation. They are still supportive and comfy. If you have back pain this is the one for you. I also have seat cushions that help take the pressure off your back. This combo is the best. It is especially important in the car to use a car seat that has a wedge design with it higher in the back than the front to compensate for the severe dip in the car seat that is located in the back of the seat where it meets the back of the car seat. That dip in the car seat in the back will compress your spine and causes pain. These two cushions have in time cured this problem along with PT.

Boy - did I ever need this back support! I have been spending so much more time at my dining room table, I had been developing back pain. This works as advertised. And the red colour even matches my chair! Just wish the seat cushion from the same manufacturer came in the same colour option.

I had upper back pain from sitting at my desk all day, which got so bad I couldn't sit ask my desk anymore. I would work laying down with my head supported, but even then the pain continued, I think because of using the mouse. I tried several postures and approaches to solve the problem, to no avail. I was getting desperate. That's when I bought this cushion. It solved my problem in a day or two. I am now able to sit at my desk all day and my back is fine. I sit with my back quite straight, and what surprised me the most is that event though the support is mostly for the lower back, the fact that the spine is positioned correctly there directly impacts the upper back, which is where I had pain. Great cushion, highly recommended!
