These are great high‑strength capsules, and they’ve been easy to take consistently. I was previously very low in vitamin D, and since using these regularly I’ve felt much more confident about keeping on top of my intake, especially living in the UK, where the sky is more grey than blue most of the year. The added vitamin K is a bonus and makes the formulation feel well thought‑out. They’re not the cheapest vitamins in our cupboard, but they feel like a solid, reliable option and they do the job for us.

Vitamin K2 reduces risk of coronary calcification occurring with Vit D supplements. Vitamin D deficiency causes all sorts of issues and needs addressing
