A Reasonable one ☝️
This Saffron, is definitely priced reasonable. Even though Saffron being a luxury commodity!! Remember that Saffron production is highly critical and very low to cover global demand ! So your expectation should be reasonable too. Surkh saffron is better than few available brands that I have tried and tested . The flavour and Color is better than the ones I have used ..! This might not be “A” class product but a reasonable one!😇👍🏽. Tips for Better flavour & Color extraction: 1) Soak the Saffron in milk minimum 20 mins before use to get good Color out of it . 2) you can also soak in water and refrigerate, use when needed. (But I still prefer milk) Recently Saffron has been researched too much for it’s few properties such a to treat insomnia , stress, anxiety and depression , so I use it to calm my self and for anxiety !! It works !!😊 Hope this helps 😇
