good product... but i had 1 problem that i managed to fix myself
good product but i had only 1 problem, after i inserted it and tried printing a label, nothing came out... turned out the tape was really hard for the label maker to pull so hard to pull that even i struggled to pull it out initially, after pulling about 20cm of the tape out everything was moving freely and the label maker had no problem pulling the tape out and printing after that... overall i had no problems with the product (at least the tape cassette that i pulled out of the pack of 5) it sticks will to all smooth surfaces... haven't tried rough surfaces yet but i have a feeling it wont stay on long on very rough surfaces also i wished the blue tape was just a slightly more darker shade of blue as shown in the pics in the description but i feel its a slightly lighter shade of blue as advertised, or maybe its my screen... the cassette tape didn't get jammed or anything yet but i will try to update this review if i encounter any problems with this product...

Box was unsealed, screen protector ( thin transparent film ) was missing. No warranty card enclosed, as claimed. The machine was not working and keyboard was stuck and even 'reset' was not possible !
