Overall I think the product is a good buy. I saw a few shinier more pricier ones of this type of tool. But for this price, I consider this product to be well built. It is steel construction with the edge frames a nice gloss finish and matte black tools. The heft of it makes me feel like it will hold alright if used under pressure. I would feel less confident about it if it was more lightweight, as I would feel that it could bend or buckle if used under pressure. I emphasize it is a "On-the_Go" tool. Compact and sturdy for quick fixes to get you out of a bind on the road. But the compactness of if might make it not so efficient to work in tight spots or if you needed serious torque. For that, shop tools would be more appropriate.I like the chain tool and the integrated spoke wrenches. The only -1 stars I give it is for the case. I like the steel case. However, as one reviewer pointed out, the tool is not snug to the case. It will rattle quite a bit. If left as is, I'm sure eventualy the bumping and sliding would scratch the finished surface of the tool. Some one said they put the tool in a cloth pouch, and put it in the case. I ended up putting some foam tape strips on the inside to cushion it. It fits snug now and doesn't rattle. Other than that I am pleased with it over all.

The product arrived as described, I like the color, the case, but based on the various reviews I want this handy tool to last. Have it in my bike bag, I haven’t used it yet.

A sturdy well made multi-tool. It is replacing one that is not so user friendly. I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 only because it rattles in the case. I ended up wrapping a disposable glove around it (which I will likely need to make a repair anyway). This took care of the noise. Left a finger free so that I can easily pull the tool from its case. If you are looking for a multi-tool this is one to seriously consider.

Great little tool. I ended up discarding the case, even though it's well-built it's pretty bulky, and I put the tool in a small flat kit I carry in my seat tube bottle holder. The chain tool works great. I took about 5 links out with it, swapping my heavy duty single speed chain and sizing the replacement. At this point the only parts I haven't used are the spoke wrenches and everything works well without too much ergonomic stress due to the small size.Edit: I used the spoke wrench to true my wheel and it works great. It's easiest to completely unscrew the spoke wrench from the rest of the tool when using it.

I have put it through some light use and it has held up pretty well so far. My only complaint would be that some of the tools won't remain in place while i'm using it. Other than that it works well, is a good size and seems like it'll last for some time.

Snapped a chain in the middle of Ridgeline @ Balm Boyette which is now where to walk out from. This tool got me back going, lifesaver!!

This is not a final score as I have not had the time to actually use this product yet but tools are always good to have around before you need them also I think this product comes as described maybe even some survival applications with the case I am happy with my purchase

A small and compact multi-tool that comes with a couple of Quick links. Although small, it is quite heavy, but that is not an issue as it will be carried in a saddlebag along with other repair tools. The tools are stiff to unfold, although I am sure they will unfold easier with use. I have bought this as part of a get out of jail repair kit for when I am out on the road, this is not a replacement for quality tools to repair the bike at home.

So the multi-tool itself was really good.Comparable to the more expensive ones. However this one was actually smaller and more compact. The only upsetting part was that it Did Not come with the advertised Quick links also shown on the picture.However Rojoi confirmed with the manufacturer that it was a bad batch that forgot to include the quick links and offered me compensation. Rojoi also advised that they would edit the picture and remove the quick links (hopefully).I'm happy with the multitool and the customer service that was provided.

It's good quality. Comes in a hard case which i don't use, but nice to have. The chain breaker is a nice feature to have, i wish they would have a wrench in there but overall I'm happy.

This combination tool kit is meant to be compact,and that it is. It seems well made, I just find it hard to work with. I am sure more skilled people will have no problems with it.
