My fuse burned out of my multimeter when testing a vehicle for a parasitic draw. I immediately ordered the five pack of replacement fuses. And with Amazon Prime, they were delivered to me before I left for work the next morning. If only it were that easy to locate the source of the parasitic draw on today's newer models...

Replacement fuse for Fluke Multimeter

I do testing work with a Fluke 87-V on misbehaving test circuits, and the risk of stumbling on a non-obvious short is fairly high. I keep a couple fuses in my Fluke's case, and have had to use them a couple times already - especially this low-amp ones. These work as they should - the burn out, but there is no detectable reaction - no smell, no sound, no carbonization, no fracture, etc. I've burned two of these and they performed exactly as they should have. Would recommend that everyone keep a couple of the low-amp and a couple high-amp fuses on them. I store mine in a little single 9v battery case (ASIN: B07KCCCR4Y).
