The product works ok. My hair felt like it was snagging. Heats up very quickly which was a plus. My problem with this iron is where the power button is. It’s right where my thumb goes and the first time I used it i accidentally turned it off three times. The button is very sensitive to touch and it should be on the side or inside. Not right where your hands go.

The hair straightener comes with a heat glove and two clips. The clips were really useless, especially if you have thick hair. My hair came out straight, soft and with no fly aways. It straightens my hair faster than my old straightener without any damage. Overall I am very happy with this straightener.

Avoid this product! I start to heat it up and it keep saying error. Will not properly heat up to correct temps. Buttons faulty also. I actually sent this one back through Amazon for a return and still haven't received my refund! I shipped back this item on May 27th. Amazon received this item back on 06/01/2020 at 11:00 P.M. Highly dissatisfied with my experience ordering and returning this item!!!

I caught this product when it was on sale and after using it, its worth original price. Came with heat glove and 2 clips, which like previously reviewers stated are not made for thick hair. Gets hot super quick and straightened my hair quickly. I have long curly frizzy hair that my previous ones would straighten but still leave random lumps throughout my hair. This one doesn't do that which is definitely a plus. Recommend if looking for good value but don't want to pay 80-100 bucks.

This product is pretty, works just as well as all the other straighteners that I’ve bought. HOWEVER, the placement of the power button is literally in the worst place they could have possibly put it. It lands directly where your hand naturally holds the wand no matter if you hold it front or back. This causes you to accidentally turn it off during use continuously which is a giant pain in the rear.

Product came POORLY packaged - in an envelope. Box was ripped, glove dirty and looks used. The product itself feels cheap and doesn’t actually work. The digital display said 410 degrees, but it did more hair pulling than straightening. Will return and would not recommend. Too bad there’s no zero star options.

The thing I didn’t like is that the temperature and on and off button is right on top so your thumb hits it constantly when you’re trying to use the flat iron if you’re left-handed I think it’ll work nice,I am constantly turning it off or increasing the temperature

This heats up so fast! It’s awesome in the morning when I have one spot of hair doing the wrong thing I can plug it in & 30 seconds later tame my hair down. I did have hair get caught on the outer edge but only once thus far.
