Sparkling chromegreat sturdy packagingeasy-peasy to assemblegood quality accessory given for assemblyThe ONLY thing I disliked was that the seating area was very less, can barely seat an adolescent and is a bit rickety for an adult

Poor after sale service
Their after sale service is BAD. Inspite of repeated contacts with them they are unable to fix my broken chair.The product seems of low quality , that may be the reason the welding came off, after limited time of usage.Every time the customer care says they have put my case on priority but failed to keep up the comitment.Disappointed.

A useful item for kitchen
Very useful item for kitchen, worth for money. It is very easy to assemble. It would have been wonderful if this product is made out of stainless steel. Since it is chromium plated, it may get rusted after a period of time. However, I suggest / recommend this item for kitchen with bottom plate (Not wheels) which is having very good support and sturdiness. By changing the bottom plate with wheels, we can use it for computer purpose also.
