Really like this scraper, it feels of higher quality than I was expecting considering the affordable price. The carry pouch is also well constructed and a useful extra. I've tested the scraper particularly for a treatment recommended for shin splints and it has been very effective. The contoured shape also allows for a range of applications. All in all a very nice item and it has exceeded my expectations.

This was a much loved gift for my partner who is a body builder. It helps with his recovery really well. Added bonus, our cat loves it too ha!

A decent product at a reasonable price.

My sports therapist uses a blade on me, so I thought I'd buy one. It's easy to use once you get used to gripping it. My muscles feel less achy and knotty after I've used it.

I have a (very) powerful massage gun which deals with a lot of problems, but this is complementary to that - had bad tennis and golfers elbow but using this to locate uneven/rough sections and smooth them out has been very beneficial. I use with desiccated coconut oil on the skin as a lubricate before going at it with this. Shape and curves help with reaching awkward angles.

Bit confusing which one to buy went with this one. I run regularly & use this at times, usually before bed on my legs. I usually oversleep after use, meaning I think it has caused some deep relaxation of muscles.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program. I love jade rollers and I love pink so this is something I was really looking forward to receive. It arrived in it’s retail box. On the top is the gua sha stone & below it is the jade roller. Unfortunately, one of the end of the jade roller was detached from the body. It’s not entirely broken but I was not expecting this when I received it. Gua Shua - I like that the gua sha feel solid and is thicker than the one I am using. I use gua sha when I want a deeper face massage. It helps contour the face/jaw with regular use. You can put more pressure if you want to. Jade Roller - Has one ridged side and one smooth side. I use the smooth side for my cheeks, forehead and neck. The ridged side is when I want more pressure but not as deep as the gua sha stone. Both the gua sha and jade roller are made from rose quartz. The set costs £9.89 at the time of this review. Still a good price for the set. I had to tale out a star (3 instead of 4) because one end was detached when it arrived.

Apologies but the bottle was missing from the order. Please can you refund me a few pounds to cover this missing item? Other than that a fab item and easy to use on my neck. X
